Short version: you send a document, we quote a price, you pay, we deliver a certified translation, and the guarantee applies. The details:

The service

Docs & Certs provides certified translation of documents you send us. A page is up to 250 words of source text. Prices are as published on the pricing page and confirmed with you before payment. Delivery times are as defined on the site: orders paid by 2:00 PM US Eastern on a business day are delivered by 9:00 PM US Eastern the same day for up to 3 typed pages, handwritten documents take one additional business day, and larger orders are quoted individually before payment.

Guarantee and refunds

The guarantee page states the complete remedy: free corrections first, and a full refund if an issue caused by our translation or certification cannot be fixed. The refund of the amount you paid is the exclusive remedy, and our total liability for any order is capped at that amount.

What we are not

We are an independent translation service. We are not a law firm and nothing we say is legal advice. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for USCIS or any government agency, and we cannot influence or predict the outcome of any application.

Your documents

You confirm you have the right to share the documents you send us. We handle them as described in the privacy policy, including deletion 30 days after delivery or immediately on request.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, message us first, that resolves nearly everything. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute not resolved between us falls to the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.
