Docs & Certs is a small, focused translation service built around one job: documents for immigration filings, done fast and done right. No marketplace, no anonymous freelancer pool, no reselling your order to the cheapest bidder.
Human translators, by name
Each order is translated by a human translator who works in that language every day. The certificate you file carries that translator’s name, signature, and contact details, because the regulation requires the actual translator to certify competence and accuracy, and because accountability is the point of certification.
Honest about AI
We use translation software for the first draft, the same way your accountant uses a calculator. Then the human translator corrects it, completes what software misses, stamps and marginalia included, and runs the 13 point check before signing. Some companies market against AI while quietly using it. Some sell raw machine output as certified. We do neither: AI-assisted, human-certified, names checked against your passport.
Why we publish everything
The price table, the guarantee terms, the QA checklist, the sample document: all public. People filing immigration paperwork have enough uncertainty already. The least a service can do is have no hidden parts.
