What you receive, before you pay for it
Most translation sites never show their product. Here is ours. The sample below is illustrative, with placeholder details rather than any real person’s document.

What to notice in the format
- Mirrored layout. The translation follows the original page order and positions, so an officer can compare line by line.
- Seals in brackets. Stamps are described at their position, like [Round seal: Municipal Registrar], never redrawn or omitted.
- Nothing skipped. Headers, footers, margin notes, and handwriting are translated. Illegible text is marked illegible.
- The signed certificate. Each document carries its own certificate of translation accuracy with the translator’s name, competence statement, signature, date, and contact details, the elements 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3) requires.
Delivery is a PDF, which USCIS accepts for online and paper filings. A mailed hard copy is available for $14.95 if your recipient wants one.
