Questions people ask
What counts as a page?
Up to 250 words of source text, the same convention the whole industry uses. A standard birth certificate is one page. We confirm the exact count and total price on WhatsApp before you pay, so the number never moves after payment.
Are there any rush fees?
No. Same business day is our standard service, so there is nothing to pay extra for. Orders paid by 2 PM US Eastern are delivered by 9 PM US Eastern the same day, up to 3 typed pages. Bigger or handwritten orders get a delivery time quoted with the price.
How do I pay?
After we confirm the price in the chat, we send you a secure card payment link (Stripe). You pay online, the clock starts, and your certified PDF arrives the same business day.
Is revision really free?
Yes, without a count limit. If anything needs correcting, or USCIS raises any issue with the translation, we fix and re-certify it free until it is right. If a problem we caused cannot be fixed, you get a full refund. The exact terms are on the guarantee page.
