Your documents, plainly

Identity documents deserve a privacy page that a human can read in one minute. This is it, and it describes what we actually do rather than what sounds good.

Who sees your files

Exactly two people: the translator assigned to your order and the reviewer who runs the quality check. Nobody else, and no third-party service beyond the chat and storage tools the order travels through (WhatsApp and email use encrypted connections).

When they are deleted

We delete your files 30 days after delivery. We keep them that long only so free corrections under the guarantee are possible without asking you to resend everything. Want them gone sooner? Message us and they are deleted immediately.

What we keep

Your name, contact details, and the invoice, because bookkeeping law requires it. Not your documents.

What we never do

We never sell or share your information, never use your documents to train any AI system, and never contact you for marketing. The only messages you get from us are about your order.

Analytics

The website uses privacy-friendly, cookieless page analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) so we can see which pages people find useful. It does not identify you.
