If anything is wrong with a translation we delivered, we correct and re-certify it free, as many times as it takes, with same-day priority. If a corrected translation still does not resolve an issue our work caused, we refund the order in full.

Every translation we deliver is complete, accurate, and certified to meet the USCIS translation requirement in 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3): translated word for word, certificate signed by the human translator who did the work, names checked against your passport spelling. The requirement itself is set out in full on the USCIS requirements page.
USCIS decides each case on its own merits. No translation company can promise your application will be approved, and you should be sceptical of any that implies it. Our guarantee covers our work: the translation and its certification. It does not cover issues with the underlying document itself, for example a certificate USCIS considers insufficient evidence of birth.
