What we guarantee
Every translation we deliver is complete, accurate, and certified to meet the USCIS translation requirement in 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3): translated word for word, certificate signed by the human translator who did the work, names checked against your passport spelling.
If anything is wrong, this is exactly what happens
- Free correction, same-day priority. If you find any error, or USCIS or any recipient raises an issue with our translation or its certification, we correct and re-certify free, as many times as it takes.
- Full refund. If a corrected translation still does not resolve an issue that our translation or certification caused, we refund the order in full.
What this does not cover
USCIS decides each case on its own merits. No translation company can promise your application will be approved, and you should be skeptical of any that implies it. Our guarantee covers our work: the translation and its certification. It does not cover issues with the underlying document itself, for example a certificate USCIS considers insufficient evidence of birth. How to claim it
Message us on the same WhatsApp thread as your order, or reply to the delivery email. Nothing to fill in, no claim form. Corrections jump the queue.
