Certified Translation for USCIS

Send your document on WhatsApp and get a signed, certified translation back the same business day. Any language.

  • Human translator, signed
  • Same business day
  • Free revisions
  • 10+ years on USCIS filings

Certification per 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3), signed by the human translator who did the work.

What USCIS requires in a certified translation

USCIS requires every foreign language document to come with a full English translation and the translator’s signed certification of accuracy and competence. We prepare exactly that: a complete, word for word translation with a signed certificate, for $24.95 per page, delivered the same business day.

Notarization is not required. There is no USCIS-approved translator list and no licence to look for — the rule is competence plus a signature. The requirement, quoted in full, is here.

How to get a certified translation for USCIS

Three steps. No account, no upload portal, no waiting on a quote form.

1. Send it on WhatsApp

A photo or a PDF is enough. We confirm the page count and the exact price in the chat, usually within the hour. No account, no upload portal, no quote form.

2. A human translates and checks it

A translator for your language does the work, then runs our 13 point check: every stamp, every margin note, and every name spelled exactly as your passport spells it.

3. Signed certified PDF, same day

You get the translation with its signed certificate of accuracy, ready to file. Paid by 2 PM Eastern, delivered by 9 PM Eastern the same business day.

Why a certified translation gets rejected

Three failures cause most of them. Each one is a named step in our check.

A name spelled differently than the passport

The most common reason USCIS questions a translation. We ask for your passport spelling at the start and audit every document against it. On the big sites this is what the negative reviews are about; here it is a named step in every order.

A stamp or seal left untranslated

A translation has to be complete, which includes every stamp, seal, margin note and handwritten annotation. We translate them and describe them where they cannot be read, instead of quietly dropping them.

A certificate nobody actually signed

The certification has to name a competent translator and be signed. Ours carries the name and contact of the person who did the work, exactly as 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3) is written.

Handwritten and village-issued documents

The paperwork that makes other services nervous is the paperwork we are built for.

Indian village birth certificates

Handwritten Hindi or Malayalam register extracts, NABC certificates, late-issued documents from a tehsil office. We translate them properly, bracket what is genuinely illegible instead of guessing, and tell you when USCIS practice calls for secondary evidence alongside.

Any language, a human translator

Spanish, Hindi, Malayalam, Gujarati, Punjabi, Arabic, and more. Each certificate is signed by the translator who actually did the work, with their name and contact on it, exactly as USCIS expects.

Questions people ask about USCIS translations

Does USCIS require a certified translation?

Yes. Under 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3), any foreign language document you submit to USCIS must come with a full English translation and a signed certification from the translator stating the translation is complete and accurate and that they are competent to translate.

Does a USCIS translation need to be notarized?

No. USCIS does not require notarization, only the translator’s signed certification. Some other recipients (certain consulates, some state agencies) do ask for notarization, so check your recipient’s instructions. If you need it, we add notarization for $19.95 per order.

Who can translate a document for USCIS?

Any person who is competent in both languages and signs the certification. There is no official translator license or approved list. In practice, errors in names, dates, or missed stamps cause rejections, which is why each of our translations is done by a human translator and checked against a 13 point list before signing.

How fast will I get my translation?

Same business day. Orders paid by 2:00 PM US Eastern on a weekday are delivered by 9:00 PM US Eastern the same day, for up to 3 typed pages. Handwritten documents take one extra business day because deciphering them carefully is what prevents rejections.

How much does a certified translation cost?

A flat $24.95 per page. A page is up to 250 words. There are no rush fees because same business day is our standard service. Revisions are free. The only add-ons are notarization at $19.95 per order and a mailed hard copy at $14.95, both optional.

What documents do you translate?

Birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce decrees, academic transcripts and degrees, police clearances, bank statements, and any other document in your immigration package. Any language. Handwritten and village-issued documents are a specialty, not a problem.
